Updated
From the hills to your door.
A short journey through many hands.
Our master roaster travels regularly to Kasama and our other sourcing destinations to collect coffee. Those visits keep green coffee ready in Lusaka. Your order starts the roasting, rather than a new sourcing trip.
Collected at origin
Regular sourcing visits connect the coffee we select with the people and places behind it.
Carried to Lusaka
Green coffee travels to our roastery and stays unroasted until it is needed.
You order. We roast.
Your coffee is roasted to order, here at home in Lusaka.
Dispatched within 48 hours
We pack and hand over your order for shipping. This is our dispatch window.
Tracked with DHL
International orders normally travel with DHL. Follow the parcel with its tracking details.
At your door
International delivery normally takes about five days after dispatch. The destination and customs clearance can affect the journey.
What will delivery cost?
International shipping is a substantial part of bringing freshly roasted coffee from Zambia to your door. The destination and parcel weight determine the charge. Your order’s shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
For a destination-specific delivery estimate or questions about import charges, contact us before ordering.
Fewer parcels. More coffee in each.
Consolidating deliveries spreads the shipping cost across more coffee. Our 12-month subscription offers 2 kg every two months from US$70 per month, or 1 kg every month from US$85 per month, with standard delivery to eligible destinations. Both bring you 12 kg over the year, with a different origin each month. We confirm your postcode and final delivered price before enrolment. Remote addresses and other destinations may cost more; import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are excluded.
If your parcel is taking longer
Check the latest carrier tracking update, then contact us with your order number and tracking reference. We can help you understand the next step. Five days is a normal delivery estimate; customs processing and remote destinations can take longer.
